Meal prep 03/15/14

I just did meal prep for the week and figured I’d share what I prepared…

Breakfast:
Turkey bacon
8oz green smoothie
Egg muffins

Lunch:
Salad in a jar ( I work 2 jobs and sometimes only get about 15 minutes to eat so that’s why there’s nothing other than salad)

Dinner:
Lean ground chicken patties
Chicken breast
Broccoli
Veggie stir fry with whole grain pasta
Brown rice
Red skinned potatoes
(I get bored easily so I just made stuff I can use in different combinations)

Snacks:
Apples
Bananas
Peanuts
